Gaskets does not guarantee or suppose the results, durability, function and/or safety of any OEM or aftermarket product we sell.  The purchaser and/or user of any product claims the sole responsibility opf using any product.  The manufacturers warranties will apply whenever applicable.

Free shipping:  All online retail orders over $300 in product excluding taxes will receive free standard UPS Ground shipping within the conitental United States only.  Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are eligible only for free USPS First Class Package shipping only.  International orders are excluded from the free shipping offer.  Upgraded shipping such as Two Day Air and Next Day Air will be charged at full cost to the customer. 

Kart chassis, Engines, Ready-to-Race Karts, Hitch Hiker Kart Stands, Seats, Tires,  bodywork items, hand-held starters, axles and lead weight are excluded from the free shipping offer. 

Shipping Charges:   You will notice upon checkout that there are no shipping charges displayed.  Empire Karts will only charge actual shipping costs to our customers.    We will add the shipping charge once the items are boxed for shipment and weighed.  Also, we will use either UPS Ground or USPS First Class Package, Priority or Flat Rate Priority for standard shipping. We will use the least expensive method that also offers a quick delivery time.  If you have a preference for ground delivery, please, send us an email at sales@empirekarts.com.  All lead wieght will be shipped Flat Rate Priority.

PayPal customers will be sent a PayPal invoice for shipping charges.  Once the PayPal invoice is paid the items will be shipped out.

International orders may be placed through the online store and must be prepaid via wire transfer or through PayPal before shipment.  Shipping charges for international orders will not be displayed at time of check out, but will be billed before shipment.

Local customers have the option of In Store Pick-up when ordering online. Online orders placed at night will be ready for quick pick-up by 12 o'clock noon the following day at no extra charge. Same day orders placed before 2 p.m. will be ready at 4 p.m. for quick pick-up at no extra charge. Some items are subject to availability and you will be notified if item is not in stock. We are closed on Sundays and there will be no In Store Pick-up.

All claims for shortages or damaged goods must be made within 10 days after receipt of goods. Always check the condition of the cartons and contents in the presence of the delivery person if damage is present. If damage is noted, file a claim with the delivery carrier immediately. Keep all damaged cartons for inspection until claim is settled. We will be glad to assist you but we cannot guarantee any settlement with the carrier. You may return any unused item for refund of replacement within 30 days of the shipment date.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip and a note stating the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected items.

Pricing: Some product prices listed in our online store will be lower than our in-store shelf prices. The online product prices are only available by actually ordering those products via the internet using direct shipping delivery or the quick In Store Pick-up option. Walk-in customers and phone orders will be charged the store shelf product prices and will also have the best personal customer service and first person access to our highly experienced staff for technical questions and general racing knowledge.

We gladly accept checks(in-store only), money orders, PayPal and major credit cards(Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, or Discover) for mail order transactions. Fax and phone orders may be paid by credit card or PayPal. Online orders are limited to payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or PayPal only. 

If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
